This machine tool is mainly composed of: oil pressure system, electrical control system, pressure plate balance mechanism, pressure plate and body

 * Double-fold back bend processing structure：The upper gantry structure adopts a special processing structure with double folds and back bends to ensure the firmness of the overall gantry frame.

 * Laser cutting blanking ：On the upper gantry hydraulic station, the fixed part is made of thickened steel plate cut by laser for connection and fixing to ensure the stability of the oil cylinder lifting. The fuel tank part is welded by laser cutting to ensure the tightness of the fuel tank

 * Gantry milling table：The upper and lower platen worktables of the whole machine are all made of 16mm steel plates. The customized model is made of 20mrn, which is processed three times by gantry milling. After the conventional model is processed, the steel plate is 12-14mm. There is an empty spray error on the pressure plate, which leads to poor results. The flatness can be tested with A4 paper.
