External band pallet

External band pallet is fixed with supporter to the machine. Easy to change band and see the band consumbtion.

Gluing unit

.Gluing unit, use Teflon painting process, and science glue recycling design. Can make sure glue temperature even and carbonized, and be good mobility.

Pressing units

Double rollers adjustable stroke pnuematic design, make sure band adjustment is more simple and easy. Can adjust by

different thickness band, improve the sticking result of glue and band.

End cutting unit

End cutting unit is pneumatic , make sure cutting more stable, and optimize the pneumatic circle,reduce the noise, and

improve performance of this machine.

Fine trimming

Stable frame structure, reduce shaking,optimize cutter edges design,make trimming more perfect.

Scraping unit: vertical and flat two type for option

Compact scraping unit, avoid glue heavy problem. and remove redundant glue, make banding more perfect.
