1. The workpiece coordinates are not accurate.

2. The spindle offset is incorrect. Incorrect cutting and other spindle offsets will lead to misalignment. In this case, the overall deviation of the grooving and punching will occur. When only processing the front side, the position of the grooving and punching is also wrong, not simply The deviation of the front and back processing. This situation generally occurs on a multi-process opener.

Solution: Adjust the spindle offset. Multiple spindles can be punched at the same position in sequence to determine the deviation value.

3. The diagonal is not accurate. The importance of the diagonal line to the cutting machine is self-evident. If the diagonal error of the cutting machine is too large, the perforation and groove in the front will be very accurate, and the deviation will be greater the later.

Solution: adjust the diagonal, the diagonal error of the 1200*2400mm large plate cannot be greater than 0.5mm.

4. Locate the reason for the cylinder. The front and left positioning cylinders of the cutting machine cannot form an angle of 90 degrees, and they cannot be aligned when placing the board. This situation has little effect on single-sided processing, but it has a fatal effect on turning processing.

Solution: Adjust the positioning cylinder, you can use the spindle to walk a straight line to test whether the positioning cylinder is in a straight line. The premise is that the diagonal must be adjusted well, or not equal to white.

5. The machine gap is too large. Too much error in the operation of the machine will also lead to inaccuracy of individual hole positions.

Solution: Adjust the rack gap, reducer gap, and change the slider.
