How to improve the life cycle of the machine through small things is something we must pay attention to from the beginning.
After investigation, it was found that 80% of customers did not clean the equipment very cleanly during the use of the equipment, but simply cleaned the equipment surface and did not clean up other parts at all. This is absolutely inevitable.
First, we must do the following:
1. Operate the panel furniture cutting machine to clean the table in time after processing.
2. Clean up the slag around the guide rail of the guide rail machine.
3. Clean the lead screw regularly to prevent foreign matter from sticking to the lead screw. The lead screw determines the accuracy of the machine and must be cleaned regularly.
4. It has been said many times that dust can cause serious damage to the circuit boards in the cabinet and must be cleaned regularly.
Second, severe tool wear can be judged by the following aspects:
1) When the CNC woodworking cutting machine is running normally, the cutter will make a harsh cry;
2) Listen to the sound of the main shaft, there will be obvious abnormal sound in the main shaft;
3) Obvious vibration will appear during the cutting process of the CNC woodworking cutting machine, and the spindle of the machine tool will vibrate obviously;
4) After the cutting of the CNC woodworking cutting machine is completed, the bottom knife pattern will appear from time to time.
The wear stage of CNC woodworking cutting machine tools:
Tool wear is generally divided into three stages: initial wear, normal wear, and sharp wear.
Initial wear stage: The main cause of tool wear is that the temperature of the tool is too low because the CNC woodworking cutting machine did not preheat the tool when it was cutting, and it did not reach the normal cutting temperature. At this time, the tool is worn The main reason is abrasive wear. Such wear has a great impact on the tool, and it is easy to cause the tool to collapse. This stage is a very dangerous stage. If it is not handled well, it may directly cause the tool to collapse and fail.
When using CNC cutting equipment, the tool is easy to collapse at the initial wear stage. In order to avoid the phenomenon of tool collapse, we must run-in the tool. The cutting temperature of the tool is gradually increased to a reasonable temperature. Experiments have shown that the life of the tool will increase by about 2 times after the tool is run-in.
The method of running-in is to reduce the feed rate by half while maintaining the reasonable use of the spindle speed, and the processing time is about 5 to 10 minutes. Take a small value when processing soft materials, and take a large value when processing hard metals.
When the tool passes the initial wear period, the cutting temperature of the tool reaches a certain value. This is the main wear is diffusion wear, and its function is mainly to cause local spalling. Therefore, the wear is smaller and slower.
When the wear reaches a certain level, the tool fails and enters a period of rapid wear. At this time, what happened above will happen, and the tool should be replaced.
