1、 Power on preparation and inspection

3、 Heating and pressing

Heating: Activate the heating device, such as an infrared radiator or electric heating wire, to heat the film and paper, softening their surfaces and facilitating bonding.

Pressing: After heating, the film and paper enter the pressing area. In the compression area, a certain pressure is applied through a roller or cylinder to tightly adhere the film and paper together.

4、 Wearing and adjusting membranes

Film threading: According to the film threading label, thread the film through the various rollers and devices of the laminating machine, and finally wrap it around the winding air shaft.

Film adjustment: Adjust the elasticity and position of the film to ensure that it can be smoothly and accurately adhered to the paper during the pressing process.

5、 Glue application and bonding

Gluing: Use a ceramic wheel gluing system or other gluing methods to evenly apply the glue onto the film. The amount of glue should be adjusted according to the quality requirements of the paper product.

Bonding: After applying the glue, start the laminating machine to complete the bonding between the film and the paper under the pressure of the bonding wheel and the glue wheel.

6、 Cooling and solidification

Cooling: After the bonding is completed, the material enters the cooling area. Cooling the material by air or water cooling to solidify its surface.

Curing: After cooling, the bond between the film and the paper becomes stronger, forming the final laminated product.

7、 Cutting and paper delivery

Slitting: Use a chain knife automatic paper cutting system or a disc knife cutting gap speed differential paper breaking system to cut the laminated paper.

Paper delivery: The cut paper is automatically collected by a paper delivery device for easy organization and packaging in the future.
