The former is to use aluminum +pvc as the top, and wood carving workpieces need to be manually fixed with rivets; 

the vacuum suction table directly places the plate on the table of the cnc router, and it can be automatically fixed. 

Obviously, the latter can save time and be more firmly fixed.

However, it is not suitable for all processing techniques. What type of woodworking engraving machine to choose depends on the customer's real suituation.

Compared with the aluminum tabletop cnc machine, the vacuum adsorption tabletop engraving machine is more expensive. Its structure is composed of a vacuum pump and high-quality bakelite. It can be divided into six or eight partitions for vacuum adsorption, which can greatly enhance the adsorption performance, usually the vacuum pump be adopted 5.5kw

When workin with the plates," ON" the vacuum valve, the carved plates will be fixed automaticly, which saves a lot of time than manual fixing, and the fixing is more stable. It is suitable for wooden door processing, large-scale plate relief carving, and for hollow processing or complete plate , Carved workpieces that are not flat are not suitable.

When customers choose cnc router, please choose more suitable equipment according to your processing technology. Although vacuum adsorption can save a lot of time, it is not suitable for every user's work. And if the design of the vacuum adsorption table is unreasonable, it is prone to problems such as insufficient air suction or air leakage during use. Therefore, choose a manufacturer who have high technology and well brand is more important
