1. Wood: Generally speaking, carving on wood is usually done in shade, and the depth of the carving machine is usually required to be deeper. If encountering harder wood, it will cause the carving machine to make a piercing sound, which is why we need to consider a lower processing speed. Wood cutting. The depth of wood cutting by CNC engraving machines cannot be too deep. Firstly, it will cause great harm to the spindle life. Additionally, the speed cannot be too fast, which has a significant impact on both the cutting tool and the engraving machine itself. The larger cutting depth depends on the quality of the wood and the power of the engraving machine. If you want to cut thick wood, you can slow down the cutting speed.
2. Density board: Although the hardness is not high for density boards, if processed too quickly, it will cause uneven processing surfaces, so the processing speed should also be reduced accordingly.
3. Due to the texture of the plywood, if the processing is too deep or too fast, it will lead to material sticking and inaccurate processing accuracy. Therefore, while ensuring efficiency and safety, carving
The processing speed of the engraving machine can be incredibly slow

Structure composition of CNC engraving electromechanical spindle
1. High speed motor technology: The electric spindle is a product of the fusion of the motor and the spindle, and the rotor of the motor is the rotating part of the spindle. In theory, the electric spindle can be regarded as a high-speed motor, and its key technology is dynamic balance at high speeds.
2. Lubrication: The lubrication of the electric spindle generally adopts timed and quantitative oil air lubrication. Oil quantity control is very important, as too little oil cannot provide lubrication; If there is too much oil, it will generate heat due to the resistance of the oil when the bearing rotates at high speed.
3. Cooling device: In order to quickly dissipate heat for high-speed electric spindle, circulating coolant is usually applied to the outer wall of the electric spindle, and the function of the cooling device is to maintain the temperature of the coolant. There are two commonly used cooling methods for the spindle motor of CNC engraving machines: water cooling and air cooling.
4. Built in pulse encoder: In order to achieve automatic tool change and rigid tapping, the electric spindle is equipped with a pulse encoder to achieve accurate phase angle control and coordination with feed.
