1. Base and frame: the base of the machine tool is formed by bending and welding of high-quality steel plate, with beautiful appearance and firm structure. The power head is directly installed on the carriage and on the collar, which can swing left and right 45 degrees. The power head is in the form of direct connection between the motor and the cylinder, which combines the rotation of the motor and the direct movement of the cylinder to complete the drilling function. The motor is used as the drilling power source, and the cylinder is used as the feed power source. The rotation speed can be achieved by setting the motor speed, and the feed speed can be achieved by adjusting the air flow.

3. Horizontal sliding carriage mechanism: it is composed of four groups of adjusting carriage and pneumatic locking mechanism. The horizontal carriage can adjust the front and rear distance in the horizontal direction by rotating the wrench to ensure that four groups of bits are at the same horizontal position. The pneumatic locking mechanism is composed of a pneumatic reversing valve and a positioning micro cylinder. When the push-pull valve is released, the horizontal carriage can move left and right along the round steel guide rail. Press the push-pull valve to lock, and the adjustment is convenient, stable and accurate.
