Ten steps for the normal operation of the automatic edge banding machine:

1. Clean up the machine and work place, and check whether the dust collection system is normal.

2. Check whether the glue in the glue pot is sufficient and clean. If it is insufficient, add glue according to the amount.

3. Adjust the position of the auxiliary supporting rod according to the length and width of the workpiece.

4. Adjust the distance between the pressure roller of the upper pressure beam and the lower crawler according to the thickness of the workpiece to ensure that the workpiece can be pressed stably without crushing the surface of the workpiece due to being too tight.

5. Adjust the size of the glue door so that the edge banding material can be glued evenly and fully.

6. Connect the air pipe and keep the air pressure stable at 6 standard air pressures. Check whether the air pressure of each part is normal and the ventilation is smooth.

7. Check whether the power cord wiring is normal. After the test machine, the steering is correct, and see whether the edge banding machine operates normally.

8. Adjust the temperature control meter to heat the rubber wheel to 180°C. When the indicator light is on, turn on the other switches. When sealing the edges, the temperature of the glue pot should be kept at 180℃±20℃, and the glue shaft should be kept at 200℃±20℃.

9. Install the edge band, adjust the width limit position of each part of the edge band, so that the edge band can pass smoothly and cannot be pressed too tightly. At the same time, put the workpiece on the conveyor belt and close to the 90° rail baffle, then Advance evenly in parallel.

10. For each kind of workpiece, check the first finished product, and adjust the trimming amount and the radian appropriately.
